Аннотация

A study of the physical and technical aspects of the synthesis of composite silicon
nanopowders coated with multilayer graphene is presented. Understanding the mechanisms of graphene deposition on Si particles becomes very important, since the composition of these two materials has great potential for applications Composites can be used for the development of new electronic devices, for the production of promising electrode materials in energy applications, especially in lithium-ion batteries.
