abstract = "The inverse source problem for 2D advection-diffusion-reaction model with the measurement data in the form of 2D concentration distribution images is considered. These inverse problems arise in the air quality studies with satellite images data avalible. The sensitivity operator composed of the set of the adjoint problems is used to transform the inverse source problem to the quasi-linear operator equation, which depends on the set of the projection basis functions for the incoming measurement data. The algorithm is tested in the scenarion for an atmospheric chemistry transport model.",
