abstract = "Numerical modeling based on the Reynolds-averaged Navier - Stokes equations has shown qualitatively the possibility to realize controlled energy release and to obtain a transonic mode with the help of a transverse control air jet, as in modeling based on the Euler equations. The determining role in ignition in the vortex and detachment regions formed near the jets of hydrogen or ethylene and air are played by shock waves.",
