abstract = "The coherency and monochromaticity of the terahertz Novosibirsk free-electron laser (NovoFEL) were measured by a special novel method using an ultra-long resonance waveguide vacuum Fabry-Perot interferometer in time domain. The coherency length and time were not less than 7 km and 25 mu s, respectively. The monochromaticity of the comb spectral structure of the NovoFEL radiation at a wavelength of 164 mu m was not worse than 2.2 cdot 10{-8}. We are going to use the NovoFEL radiation for high-resolution comb-spectroscopy and creation of a high-power ultra-monochromatic tunable terahertz source.",
