The article highlights the main provisions of the clinical guidelines (treatment protocols) on anaesthesia and intensive care in massive obstetric hemorrhage. It consistently presents main risk factors, possible complications (DIC-syndrome), principles of clinical and laboratory diagnosis of this pathology. Special attention is paid to the issues of infusion, transfusion therapy and correction of coagolopathic disorders. The problems of estimating the volume of blood loss, diagnosis of hemostasis system disorders, and hemodynamic regulation in hemorrhagic shock are discussed. The use of recombinant blood coagulation factor (FVIIa) in coagulopathy against the background of massive blood loss has been substantiated.
