Аннотация
The management of production and consumption wastes has become one of the acute environmental problems in modern Russia. Its solution is important not only ecologically but also economically, since new primary products, materials, and energy resources are formed in the course of waste processing. It is obvious that Russian technologies in the field of waste processing lag behind those in developed countries, where 80–87% of generated waste is utilized and used (in Russia, it is no more than 60%). This paper discusses methodological approaches to the analysis and forecasting of processes occurring in the field of production and consumption waste management. The results of forecasting the volume of accumulated waste using a dynamic model of intersectoral balance with an environmental block are presented. Forecast calculations showed that an increase in the share of waste use and neutralization up to 75% by 2024 will reduce the growth rate of accumulated waste by more than twofold.
