The paper presents tools developed for the integrating a typical intelligent scientific Internet resource (ISIR) with a remote empirical data repository. The authors describe the ISIR functionality, as well as the architecture and operation scheme of the external data access system. The methodology and usage samples of the tools proposed are demonstrated by example of an ISIR on chemicals's thermophysical properties.
