Theoretical analysis of superchannel signal transmission in nonlinear fiber links

Abstract

We propose the analytical method to predict the signal transmission quality in nonlinear fiber links as a function of the initial signal. Using the proposed method, we perform probabilistic shaping-based optimization of OFDM-superchannel.
