Abstract

The article is devoted to the discussion of one of the specific applied aspects of the concept of semantic modeling applied to problems solved in the framework of fintech. The possibility of using the idea of \Delta-0-semantic smart contracts in relation to the problem of creating and managing digital wallets is described.
