title = "Molecular dynamics study of silicon carbide properties under external dynamic loading",
abstract = "In this study, molecular dynamic simulations of high-velocity impact of a spherical 3C-SiC cluster, with a wide range of velocities (from 100 to 2600 m/s) and with a rigid wall, were performed. The analysis of the final structure shows that no structural phase transformation occurred in the material, despite the high pressure during the collision process.",
