An experimental study of a suspended droplet evaporation process of liquid of various compositions was carried out in the present paper. The experimental part of the work consisted in determining the evaporation dynamics of a drop of pure water and ethanol-water solution under conditions of forced convection. In the course of the problem, the effect of the flow velocity around the drop on the efficiency of pure water droplet evaporation was investigated. The dependence of the volatile component concentration on the evaporation rate was analyzed.
