Abstract

Novel hybrid chlorobismuthate(III) with “captured” dibromine, (1-MePy)3{[Bi2Cl9](Br2)} (1), was isolated and characterized by X-ray diffractometry, thermogravimetric analysis and Raman spectroscopy. The features of non-covalent interactions in solid state were investigated by theoretical methods.
