Abstract

In present paper we demonstrate a carbon nanotube saturable absorber with variable nonlinear optical response controlled by electrochemical gating. Implemented into all-PM fiber laser scheme this device allows switching between mode-locked and Q-switched generation regimes. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
