Abstract

This paper presents the results of geophysical research in frequency domain, ERT, GPR and bathymetric survey in the Lake Boiling in the caldera of Golovnin volcano (Kunashir Island). In order to describe the genesis of hydrothermal system was used geophysical studies in the waters of lake by ERT. Shows the structure of the subsurface thermal fields ground space, the structure of the feeding channels and is expected to reveal the presence of a phase barrier, which is the separation of fluids.
