Braiding, Majorana Fermions and the Dirac Equation

This paper reviews a construction called iterant algebra that reconstructs Clifford algebra and matrix algebra from the point of view of the symmetric group acting on vectors as ordered lists of their components. This algebraic background is then used to discuss the braiding of Majorana Fermions, the structure of the Dirac equation and the form of the the version of the Dirac equation due to Majorana.
