Behavioral Biometric System Based on Network Traffic Analysis

Abstract

Network traffic can be analyzed with various methods. In this work we present the hybrid method of analyzing network traffic data combining signature-based and inference-based approaches. We show that there is the potential of building the bio-metric system upon network traffic data and also show that the identification results for 3 persons identification problem reach 0.95 precision and 0.91 recall metric values.
