Abstract
The collective monograph is devoted to actual problems of definition of legal destiny of business at divorce and inheritance. The material is presented taking into account the latest changes in civil, business, corporate, family law, as well as trends in judicial practice. Influence of novelties of legal regulation on development of family business is shown.
