Abstract

An oncolytic adenovirus strain Ad6/3-hTERT-GMCSF was constructed. It carries chimeric fiber protein that broadens the spectrum of tumor targets for Ad6-based therapy. Increased cytotoxicity towards MDA-MB-231 cells expressing low amounts of the primary receptor for wild type Ad6 was shown.
