The laboratory's activity is aimed at a comprehensive study of low-dimensional and hybrid nanostructures based on semiconductor and superconducting materials.
The main research topics:
(a) Quantum phase and topological transitions in ultrathin films of superconducting materials and nanostructures based on them
(b) Quantum coherent phenomena, localization effects, and size effects in low-dimensional hybrid systems
(c) Manufacturing technology of nanoscale two-dimensional, one-dimensional and multiply connected hybrid systems based on superconducting and semiconductor materials
(d) Morphology and structure of nanocrystals, ultrathin films, and interfaces of hybrid nanosystems
