The main goal of the Center is to develop interdisciplinary research in the context of a new paradigm of economic analysis of the food market and applied economic modeling in the field of food security.
Areas of work of the Center:
1.Development of new tools for analyzing and modeling the interactions of economic agents in the food market using agent-oriented models and General equilibrium theory to determine scientifically based forecast scenarios for its development;
2.Development of approaches to building applied agent-oriented models of the food market, taking into account the peculiarities of decision-making processes by agents;
3.Research of the global food market using machine learning and big data analysis and development of approaches to food security assessment;
4.Interdisciplinary research in the field of assessing existing opportunities for expanding Russian food exports and economic and environmental assessment of technologies for the production and processing of food products and raw materials
