Analytical and Technological Research Center "High Technologies & Nanostructured Materials"

Organization profile

The Analytical and Technological Research Center “High Technologies and Nanostructured Materials” of the Physics Department of NSU (ATRC NSU) was created to conduct structural, functional and technological studies in solid-state physics and chemistry, and to study unique nanosystems and materials. Research is carried out in the framework of the promising areas of nanoelectronics, nanophotonics, certification methods for nanomaterials, functional nanomaterials, nanostructured materials and nanopowders.
The main activities of the center:
elements and devices of micro-, nano-, optoelectronics and photonics for the modern digital economy, the development of information and communication environment and quantum technologies;
synthesis and research of functional multicomponent nanomaterials, including composite ones, fundamental and applied research in the field of additive technologies.
The scientific and educational activity of the center consists of the training and retraining of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of higher qualification. This is facilitated by the participation of young scientists, graduate students and students in research conducted on unique equipment, and in innovative activities based on the development of unique nanosystems and materials.
